Student Hub

Providing support and advice to all Solent students

The Student Hub at Warsash is a central space where you can access all of the information and support you need during your time at the Academy.

Professional and experienced staff can help resolve any query, and if they cannot answer the question themselves, they will find the person who can.

Your first point of contact for any queries relating to your course, including questions about your timetable, options, assessments and extenuating circumstances, as well as providing the following official documents:

  • to whom it may concern letters
  • bank letters
  • replacement campus cards.

The team can also advise on eligibility to exemption council tax. You are welcome to email us with your enquiries:  

Students 1st team

Our student adviser can offer advice and support relating to personal and practical issues; no problem is too big or too small.

All queries are dealt with in the strictest confidence, and we work closely with the students@solent team to ensure that you are referred to the most appropriate support if your personal issue is impacting on your academic studies.

We can offer advice on health and wellbeing, following procedures relating to a complaint or disciplinary, and can also provide access to the following specialist support services:
