On Saturday 26 November 2011, 42 Navigation Officer Cadets celebrated the successful conclusion of their cadetship at the Passing Out Ceremony held at the Southampton Novotel Hotel.

The cadets were supported by family, friends, company representatives and Academy staff who joined them to mark the end of their three year cadetship.
A presentation was made by John Onslow, Principal Lecturer in Merchant Vessel Operations, and a vote of thanks given by Officer Cadets James Robinson - Burge (FD) and Daniel Wright (HND)
