As a cadet do I have to live on campus?
All Phase I cadets are required to live on campus. On later phases cadets are permitted to live off campus with their company's permission.
What time should I arrive on the first day?
Phase I cadets should arrive between 2pm and 6 pm on the Sunday prior to the start of their course.
Will I have a single room?
As accommodation is limited Phase I cadets will share twin bedded rooms. Single rooms are available to senior cadets on their final phase.
Is car parking available and how much does it cost?
Free parking is available in designated areas on a first come first served basis
Should I bring my laptop to college?
A laptop would be useful for assignments and project work. There is internet access in the accommodation blocks.
Are there laundry facilities on campus?
Coin operated washing and drying machines are available in the accommodation blocks.
Do I have to wear a uniform?
Cadets are required to wear a college uniform, details of which will be contained in the Joining Instructions which will also give a list of suppliers.
What do I do if I am ill and need to see a doctor?
Cadets are required to register as a temporary resident with the local GP who provides medical cover for the campus. Surgeries are held on campus every Thursday morning.
