STCW'95 Safety & Certification Courses - Engineering Officers

Warsash Maritime Academy delivers the required STCW'95 safety and certification training courses in support of the Engineering Officer Certificates of Competency. These courses can be booked through one of our short course administrators. Please use our contact page.

The following ancillary STCW'95 certificates are required to achieve initial EOOW certification:

• Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
• Fire Prevention and Firefighting (BFF)
• Elementary First Aid (EFA)
• Efficient Deck Hand (EDH)
• Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities (PSSR)
• Proficiency in Medical First Aid Aboard Ship (MFA)
• Proficiency in Survival Craft & Rescue Boats (PSCRB)
• Advanced Firefighting (AFF)
