Now for the legal stuff!
All students living in the student residences are required to sign a Residence Agreement. This is a 'fixed-term' agreement for the dates shown on the document.
It is important to remember that the Agreement is a legal document and once it is signed and/or you move into your room, you are bound by its terms.
