Art of Service

About this course

The Art of Service course will help students develop into an all-round steward/ess, able to work alone or as part of a team.

The highly-practical course covers a number of key service areas including housekeeping, food service techniques, bartending, barista and wine. The course also focuses on self-leadership, helping students to better understand themselves and each other. The impact individuals can have on peers and overall team performance is also demonstrated, as well as the need to be flexible and adaptable.

To help students gain maximum benefit and inspiration, training takes place at a number of locations including a stately home, the Miele experience centre and at the LH Academy in Amsterdam.

Service Plan  Grape Varieties  The Perfect Cup 


Upon successful completion of the course, you'll receive:
