About this course
This course covers the safety and pollution prevention issues associated with chemical and liquefied gas cargoes. It is aimed at terminal staff involved in the handling of petrochemical cargoes.
The course material is delivered in alignment with the requirements of STCW Code Part A, Chapter 5, Section A-V/1.1.

- Spillage response
- Checklists and documentation
- Exercise, chemical data
Course delivery location
From 1 June 2019, this course will be delivered from our new maritime simulation centre at Solent University's main East Park Terrace campus in Southampton city centre. Please check your joining instructions for further information.
