This unit focuses on talent management in the maritime industry, with specific focus on recruitment, selection and succession planning. The unit is designed to develop and assess both the theoretical understanding and practical application of talent management, which is required at industry management level.
This unit is one of the four comprising the Maritime Human Resource Management optional strand within the MSc Shipping Operations.
