Superyachts (commercial yachts)

The LH Academy (formerly Interior Yacht Services (IYS)) provides training in service excellence through Warsash Maritime Academy for interior and hospitality crew on board luxury yachts and cruise ships.

All courses are accredited through the Professional Yachting Association’s (PYA) GUEST programme, the Guidelines for Unified Excellence in Service Training.

LH Academy courses are known for their innovative and professional approach and are taught by specialists in their field who have a clear affinity to the superyacht industry. The LH Academy was the first training provider to receive the accreditation to train all PYA GUEST courses.

The LH Academy, Warsash Maritime Academy and the PYA are setting the standard for interior training, providing the tools and recognised certification for career progression within the interior department.
